The agreement between you and The Memory Mosaic.
By using this website, the Care Navigator, our assessments, or our services, you agree to these terms.
Last updated October 13, 2026
Educational service only
The Memory Mosaic does not diagnose dementia, provide medical treatment, perform clinical therapy, manage medications, provide personal care, or replace licensed healthcare, legal, or financial professionals. Nothing on this site creates a clinician-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.
Our education, assessments, activity plans, and coaching are informational and supportive. Decisions about diagnosis, treatment, medication, safety, driving, guardianship, and finances belong with the appropriate licensed professional.
Not for emergencies
This site is not monitored in real time. If someone is in danger, has had a fall or injury, has become suddenly confused, or may be at risk of harming themselves, call 911. For mental-health crises, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old. If you are describing another person's situation, you confirm that you are their family member, caregiver, or authorized representative.
The Care Navigator
The Care Navigator is generated by artificial intelligence. Its answers are drawn from published dementia-care guidance, but they are not written or reviewed by a clinician before you see them, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Treat its answers as a starting point for a conversation with a professional, never as a substitute for one.
Do not enter medical record numbers, insurance information, financial account details, or Social Security numbers into the Navigator.
Memberships and services
Membership levels and rates are shown for planning. Online checkout is not yet accepting real payments, so every publicly displayed resource remains free while the site is in preview. If you are billed for a membership or a session, the refund and cancellation terms apply. Zoom Memory Engagement sessions are arranged only after availability is confirmed. Home visits are not offered.
Zoom Memory Engagement sessions are educational engagement sessions, delivered via Zoom, not home-care shifts. A responsible caregiver must be physically present and must remain available for safety, personal care, supervision, medication, mobility assistance, and emergencies.
Family Concierge pricing is set after a needs-analysis consultation and is confirmed in a separate written agreement, which will control if it conflicts with these terms.

Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Memory Mosaic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or from information you shared without authority to share it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version. Effective October 13, 2026.
These terms were drafted to describe how The Memory Mosaic actually operates. They are not legal advice. A licensed attorney should review them before they are relied upon in a dispute.
