The Memory Mosaic
Practical understanding. Meaningful connection. A place to begin.
Our mission
To help people and families navigating cognitive change preserve understanding, dignity, connection, and quality of life through practical education and engagement.
Our team
The Memory Mosaic brings together social workers, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and licensed professional counselors (LPCs) who work as one team. Together we support the families behind the roughly 80% of adults with Alzheimer's and related dementias who receive care in their homes, usually from family members and other unpaid caregivers, helping them understand what is changing, know what to do next, and create better moments together.

Founded by Shannon Grigsby in Missouri City, Texas. Team support is educational and practical; it does not replace diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency care.
Who we serve
Family caregivers, people noticing cognitive changes, and families seeking ways to maintain connection. Public education resources are available online. Personalized support and engagement sessions are discussed through a needs-analysis consultation and delivered via Zoom, not home visits.
What is available today
Free education overviews, the Day-One Care Kit, the Starting Point guide, and a limited AI Navigator preview. Paid memberships and the full member library are planned, not currently sold. Memory Support Boxes are coming soon.
Accountability
We distinguish published research from TMM results, do not present generated images as client stories, and publish testimonials or partner logos only with verified permission. No endorsements or clinical outcomes are claimed.
