Measure what matters to families.
Our measurement approach separates activity counts from meaningful changes. We have not published verified program outcomes yet.
What we will count
- Care Kit downloads and completed Starting Point plans — activities, not automatically unique families.
- Zoom sessions delivered and attendance, once offered and recorded.
- Unique participating households only where consented records support that count.
What we want to learn
Do families report greater confidence in what to try next? Does their reported stress change? Are they able to put suggested strategies into practice? These are proposed evaluation questions, not established TMM results.
Before/after comparisons will use matched participant codes and report sample size, reporting period, response rate, missing data, and limitations. Website feedback alone cannot prove cause and effect.
Share voluntary feedback
These custom 1–5 questions support service improvement. They are not validated clinical scales or a mental-health assessment. No name or email is requested; your random code can link a later response.
Access and inclusion
Core public resources are free. We welcome discussions about funded scholarships, sliding-scale support, accessible delivery, and Spanish-language materials. These are future initiatives; no funded scholarship or translated program is currently promised.
Reporting honestly
No invented totals, implied clinical outcomes, unverified testimonials, or partner endorsements. We will not publish identifiable family stories without specific permission.
