What happens if you cancel, reschedule, or change your mind.

Current availability

Online checkout is still being set up and is not yet accepting real payments, so nothing is charged today and every publicly displayed resource is free. The terms below describe what will apply to a membership, one-time session, or Memory Support Box once checkout opens. Family Concierge work is confirmed in a written agreement before any payment is collected. No home visits are offered.

Free resources

Mosaic Free, the Day-One Care Kit, the brain-health risk audit, and Find Your Starting Point cost nothing and require no card. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

Monthly memberships

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the month already in progress.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your very first membership payment and have not used a live coaching or personalized planning benefit, we will refund that first payment in full.

Annual memberships

• Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of the initial annual payment and have not used a live coaching or personalized planning benefit.
• After 14 days, annual plans are not refunded, but you keep access for the remainder of the year and will not be renewed if you cancel.
• We send a renewal reminder by email before an annual plan renews.

How to cancel

Email info@thememorymosaic.org from the address on the account, or use the cancellation link in your account once accounts are available. We will confirm in writing within two business days and will not require a phone call or a retention conversation.

Consultations, sessions, and coaching

• Requesting a consultation on this site is free. Nothing is charged until you agree to a scheduled paid service.
• Reschedule or cancel a paid session at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours, or missed appointments, may be charged in full because the time was reserved for your family.
• If we cancel or need to reschedule, you may take a new time or a full refund.
• The Personalized Starting Session is refundable up until the session begins; once it has been delivered, it is not refundable.

Family Concierge

Concierge engagements are priced after a needs-analysis consultation and carry a three-month minimum. Monthly payments already made are not refunded, and the engagement may be ended with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.

Zoom Memory Engagement sessions and Memory Support Boxes

• Zoom engagement sessions follow the 24-hour cancellation rule above. Home visits are not currently offered, and no travel fee applies.
• Memory Support Boxes are personalized to an individual, so they are not returnable once produced.
• If a box arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
• A box may be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins.

Founding members

Founding rates are locked for 12 months. Founding members may cancel under the standard rules above, but the founding rate is not held open if you leave and return later.

Requesting a refund

Email info@thememorymosaic.org with the name on the order and what you would like refunded. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days. Effective October 13, 2026.
